If you have a site or are considering purchasing a site, we can assess the suitability of your proposed project and arrange proposals and a construction budget to help assess the viability of your proposal. 

2.Condition reports of existing buildings

If you are considering purchasing a building, we can arrange a condition report.

3. Pre-contract Documentation

Shakticola UK offers the following Pre-contract services.
  • Appointment and Management of Architect – We will assist in choosing the correct architect for the project and manage them and their brief.
  • Planning Permission and Building Regulations – Manage your consultant team to get your building permissions in place.
  • Appointments of professional teams – Projects may require other consultants including a quantity surveyor, structural engineer, MEP engineer and land surveyor. This list is by no means exhaustive.
  • Management of tender process – To make sure you receive the best possible price from the building contractors, it is often best to award the contract through a process of competitive tender.

4. Post Contract Management

  • Award and negotiation of building contract.
  • Construction project management.
  • Arrange construction drawings.
